Clermont Dip Library – A Living Link to Our Past

Located at 639 Main Street, the Clermont Dip Library stands as an enduring testament to our town’s commitment to knowledge, culture, and community life. Open on Mondays and Wednesdays from 2:00-6:00 pm, and Fridays from 9:00 am-12:00 pm, the library is operated daily by the City of Clermont and the Clermont Historical Society to serve residents of all ages.

As the Society’s stewardship keeps this historic building alive, the library not only preserves local memory through its collections and programming—including a children’s summer reading program each June—but also welcomes new generations eager to explore our shared heritage.

By hosting the library within the heart of downtown, the Historical Society ensures that the past remains present—inviting community members to engage, reflect, and build upon the legacy of Clermont for years to come.
